Welcome to Cumberland Wagyu. Our passion for breeding and raising the finest Wagyu cattle stems from a long-standing tradition of excellence and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional quality Wagyu beef.
Our farm has been trading since 2016, firstly farming sheep and Belted Galloway cattle for a short time. After a visit to America in 2018, our owner Kevin was introduced to Wagyu beef. He began a breeding program whereby his cows were artificially inseminated to produce Wagyu Cross calves. The passion for the breed intensified when the opportunity arose to purchase the entire Redewater Herd of Full and Pureblood Wagyu.
With a rich history rooted in Japan, our Wagyu herd are carefully selected and bred to ensure the highest standards of marbling, tenderness, and flavour.
We take great pride in producing Wagyu beef that is not only delicious but also a responsible choice for those who care about how their food is raised.
By raising our cattle in an ethical manner, we ensure we produce only the highest quality Wagyu beef, whilst contributing to a more sustainable and compassionate supply chain.
